A James II bronze fragment (the foot and ankle) from the statue of King William III, College Green, modelled by Grinling Gibbons, late 17th century, the foot standing on a later stained timber base, inserted with lightweight cement, together with a postcard illustrating an image of the statue in College Green.

Harry Kernoff RHA limited sketch of Mme Eveline Kirkwood-Hackett. Actress. Born Eveline Mary Kirkwood. She ran a school of Elocution and modern Acting at The Stidio, 45 Dawson Street, Dublin.
It's quite fashionable for museums to have an artist in residence. We have a curator in heaven. Her name is Madame Kirkwood Hackett, and she ran an elocution and drama school on Dawson Street, just around the corner.
