              "Naughty Mama"
              John O'Grady sent this note to his future wife, Josephine, inviting her to see the panto in the Theatre Royal. After confidently stating he'd see her "at the Metal Bridge [i.e. the Ha'penny Bridge]", he followed up "Hoping that your naughty mamma won't object"!
